Volvo introduced the C30 to the U.S. market in 2008. It was a two-door hatchback that featured a huge glass rear window. In addition, it had a turbocharged five-cylinder engine paired with a manual or automatic transmission and front-wheel drive. During the Volvo C30’s six-year production run for the U.S. market, the car received regular packaging and equipment modifications. Volvo also redesigned the front end for the 2011 model year and periodically changed the wheel designs. Despite regular adjustments to the recipe, the Volvo C30 was discontinued at the end of the 2013 model year.
